I’m Jenn, a hungry foodie turned self-taught chef. I grew up alongside my mom in the kitchen - at first just helping chop a few ingredients and doing the dishes, but over the years it’s turned into my biggest passion. While I love eating my own creations, there’s nothing that makes me happier than serving them to others.
I have always been someone who ‘lives to eat’ and have never quite understood those who just ‘eat to live’. Food is more than just sustenance - it brings us together, it introduces us to different cultures, it expands our palate, it nourishes our souls. So I created the Prepped Palate as a space to share the power of good food.
Cooking takes a lot of planning, patience and energy that most people don’t have time for or just simply don’t enjoy. That’s where I come in! I love every part of it, so why not let me do the dirty work for you?
